AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Hasan Cem Ozyurt Watchonom (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.watchonom.com/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Prices are subject to change at any time. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider (iyzico or PayPal) for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Orders are processed and dispatched via our standard stock shipping methods using national and international carrier networks. Please note that shipping and delivery operations are subject to global transit availabilities. Due to temporary international security restrictions, airspace safety protocols, or regional national postal closures, shipping availability may vary, and certain destinations may be temporarily restricted or unavailable.

6. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
